As we ask teachers and students to become more innovative, it's important that leadership changes. As administrators we have to "disregard the walls" and "share the innovate ideas" that are working and getting the results to increase students success. For leaders to be effective in changing a school or organization, they need to change themselves first. Our goal is to provide administrators with innovative tools and ideas, from actual change agents.​
